Free Trust membership is open to residents in Gateshead, Sunderland and South Tyneside.
Membership is your opportunity to have your say about your services and be consulted about any possible changes.
This includes areas such as District Nursing and Health Visiting, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Podiatry and a whole range of other services such as minor injuries, walk-in centres and disease prevention.
Membership gives you the right to vote in the Governor Elections AND the opportunity to stand for election as a Governor.
